Having participated for the first time in the 2nd Asian Beach Games in Muscat in 2010 the AWWF is delighted to be participating in the Waterskiing and Wakeboarding event at the 3rd Asian Beach Games to be held in Haiyang, China from 16th to 22nd June 2012.
The competition will include men and women’s tricks and men and women’s wakeboard. Thanks to the support of the Haiyang Asian Beach Games Organising Committee and Correct Craft Inc. the event will be pulled by two brand new Nautiques, a 2012 Ski Nautique 200 for tricks and a 2012 Super Air Nautique 210 for wakeboard.
Wakeboard familiariasation will commence at 1300hrs on Tuesday 19th June 2012 followed by Trick familiariasation from 0830hrs on the morning of Wednesday 20th June 2012. Three days of competition will follow commencing with the Women’s Wakeboard Quarter-finals at 1300hrs on Wedneday 20th June concluding with the Trick and Wakeboard finals from 0800hrs on the morning of Friday 22nd June 2012 and medals presentation at1200hrs.
